RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES


We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you change your mind for any reason, you are welcome to return your purchase for a store credit, subject to the following conditions:

 Your original Order Number must be provided as proof of purchase.
• The item(s) must be in original condition, unused, unopened with all original packaging intact
 Sale items are non-refundable
 Custom order items are non-refundable
 Contact us within 5 business days of delivery

Please note that return shipping costs are at the expense of the customer. 1% restocking fee will apply.

  Important Information
• We can only process returns and exchanges after your shipment has been marked as delivered
• Exchanges will only be processed for full-priced purchases. All sales for discounted or reduced stock are final sales, please choose carefully
• We only accept returns that were purchased from this website. ST. SOLEIL will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers, please contact their customer service
• Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable
​• Any items that are approved for return must be returned unused, unopened and unaltered with all original packaging and labelling in good condition otherwise we reserve the right to refuse them at our discretion.



 
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS


Launch our Returns Portal and follow the prompts to submit your return. Alternatively, you can send us a message here or via email to hello@stsoleil.com with your name and order number.

All returns need to be approved before sending any items back to us (returns without prior approval cannot be accepted). Once approved, send the item(s) back to us using our supplied pre-paid shipping label (USA) or carrier of your choice (Rest Of The World). We require tracking numbers and labelling instructions to be followed in order to process returns accurately and timely. Failure to do so will result in delays and fees.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ST. SOLEIL takes no responsibility in tracking your return or its safe arrival, this is the responsibility of the sender.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS 


We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. Please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase (ie. order number) here or send an email to hello@stsoleil.com within 5 days of delivery for further review. Any orders shipped with Route package protection will be covered for damages during transit (you can file a claim via ROUTE Claims Portal), packages shipped without Route insurance will not be covered.

We have a 6-week faulty claims period (please note: this excludes general wear and tear), in which case we can offer repair, store credit or replacement options depending on the fault.

Please note: this excludes general wear and tear of your item, please see our Product Care page for more information. Since we use natural materials and fibres, we do not consider marks and variations in leather, linen or other similar materials as a fault but are inherent to the natural beauty and uniqueness of the hide or natural fibres.

WARRANTY


Every ST SOLEIL piece comes with a limited warranty as per your rights under Australian Consumer Law, covering all manufacturing faults.

Please note that your items can also be damaged by wear and tear (especially if the care instructions are not adhered to). Damage caused by wear and tear is not covered under warranty and a repair fee will be incurred if your piece is deemed that this is the case.



 
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS & PRODUCTS


Cancellation by you -
We do not accept cancellations due to change of mind. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion. Once items have shipped, we will not process any cancellations.

Cancellation by Us & Products -
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate. Any 'dressing' or 'props' used within our catalogue and not listed in the product description will not be included with your purchase.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
