Q. My item arrived damaged, what do I do?
If your item is broken upon delivery, please contact us immediately with a description and a photo of the shipment - do not throw any packaging out. We will send you a return shipping label & send you out a new replacement ASAP!

 Q. Do you allow returns and exchanges?
Yes, please contact our studio within 2 business days of receiving your order. We offer exchanges for store credit on all unworn, unused items excluding sales & sale items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order & inspection.

Q. Do you offer refunds?
We do not offer refunds, but we do offer exchanges for store credit.  Contact our studio hello@stsoleil.com within 2 business days of receiving your order. You can only return unworn and unused items and orders not using discount codes & sale items. A gift card will be issued upon return of the order & inspection
