PLEASE ANTICIPATE DELAYS FOR ORDERS DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC. We appreciate your patience during these unprecedented times. We cannot issue refunds due to delays during the pandemic, however we will honour a refund in the case of lost-in-transit packages as per our shipping policies.

Your order will be dispatched within one to two business days (excluding Pre-Order Items. Preorders will ship ~ on the day specified on their product pages). Please note that during Holiday or Sale periods this timeline is an indication only as logistics channels are often fluxed with orders from all retailers.


Worldwide Shipping
International Parcels can take anywhere between 5 and 20 business days to arrive depending on the selected shipping service (standard/express) and location (country, and whether it is metro or rural). All items are shipped with insurance and tracking. Below delivery times are in business days and are estimates only.

Please note for international purchases, all local customs and taxes payable remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Taxes & Duties: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian & USA export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. Ensure all delivery and contact details are correct as no responsibility will be taken for missing information. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.  

Shipping Address: Please enter your shipping address and contact number correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. 

Responsibility: Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will only be given when covered by the Shipping Insurance Policy (see below for more details). Please ensure you enter your shipping address and contact number correctly, as store credits/replacements will not be given to failed deliveries due to incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses or contact details entered by the customer.

Cancellation: Once you have placed your order, cancelling your order is at the sole discretion of ST SOLEIL. After your order has been processed for shipping however, we cannot offer cancellations.

 Claim Type Requirements
Damaged in Transit

• Photo/Video proof of damage within 2 days of arrival.

• Claims will be processed and you will be notified of the claim result within 7 business days. Customer is entitled to a store credit of equal value to the original item or an item resend if claim is deemed successful. 

Lost in Transit

• If there are absolutely no updates on tracking for 30 business days we will launch an investigation and you will be offered a store credit of equal value to the original item or an item resend if item is deemed lost in transit.

• We can not file lost in transit claims or offer store credit/replacements for orders marked as "Delivered" or orders that have a final scan.

Lost in Transit (customs) 

• If an item is scanned into destination country customs and then has absolutely no updates on tracking for 30 business days we will launch an investigation. If the item is deemed lost in transit you will be offered a store credit of 50% of the original product cost. 

Incorrect item received or Missing item 

• Photo/Video proof of products received, packaging and shipping labels within 2 days of arrival.

• Claims will be processed and you will be notified of the claim result within 7 business days. Customer is entitled to a store credit of equal value to the original item or an item resend if claim is deemed successful.
