Domestic, within Australia -
Australian domestic orders are sent Regular Post (2-5 business days) via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at Please note: Australia Post orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.
Domestic, within United States -
United States domestic orders are sent via 2-Day Express. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number and link. Orders that are placed before noon local time will be delivered within 2 business days. Orders that are placed after noon local time will be fulfilled by the next day and delivered within 2 business days after the order is fulfilled.
This excludes:
• Out of stock items, or preorder items
• Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, military addresses, and PO boxes

International -
ST. SOLEIL ships worldwide. International standard shipping is sent either via USPS First Class or DHL International Express, with tracking and insurance.
International Parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 20 working days to arrive depending on the selected shipping service (standard/express) and location (country, and whether it is metro or rural).
DHL International Express Estimates: ~ 3-6 business days to most major destinations
USPS First Class Estimates:
~ 7-12 days to most major destinations
~ 12-20 days for other areas

Please note for international purchases, all local customs and taxes payable remain the responsibility of the purchaser.

Taxes & Duties: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian & USA export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly. If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.  

Shipping Address: Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. 

Responsibility: Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will only be given when covered by the Shipping Insurance Policy (see below for more details). Please ensure you enter your shipping address correctly, as refunds will not be given to failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses entered by the customer.

Cancellation: Once you have placed your order, cancelling your order is at the sole discretion of ST SOLEIL. After your order has been processed for shipping however, we cannot offer cancellations.

Damaged in Transit • Proof of damage within 2 days of arrival
Lost in Transit • Domestic: 20 days no updates
• International: 30 days no updates
• We can not file lost in transit claims or offer refunds for orders marked as "Delivered" or orders that have a final scan.
• We can not file claims if the tracking says "Arrival in Destination Country"
• APO/FPO/DPO addresses are considered international by the carriers and are held to the 30-day tracking requirement before moving forward with a lost in transit claim
