Domestic, within Australia -
Australian domestic orders are sent Regular (3-7 business days) or Express (1-3 business days) via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at www.auspost.com.au.

Please note: Australia Post orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.
International -
ST. SOLEIL ships worldwide. International standard shipping is sent via DHL Ecommerce
International Parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 15 working days to arrive depending on your location (country, and whether it is metro or rural).

United States of America : 7-9 days

Additional Information - 
Taxes & Duties: International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country. Any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. In accordance with Australian export regulations, we are required to declare the exact value of all items. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations, we recommend contacting your local customs office directly.If the receiver refuses to pay taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding the return and original shipping fee.  
Shipping Address: Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender. 
Responsibility: Once items have been shipped, they become the property and responsibility of the purchaser. If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit. 
We want you to love your ST SOLEIL pieces. 
If for any reason your purchase isn’t quite right for you, you are welcome to return it to us within 3 days of receiving your order for a Store Credit - Items returned outside of this period may not be accepted. We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but happily offer Store Credit if you would like an alternative size or style.
Please note:
Store Credit will only be processed for full-priced purchases. All sales for discounted or reduced stock are final sales, please choose carefully.
We only accept returns that were purchased from this website. ST. SOLEIL will not accept orders that were purchased from other retailers, please contact their customer service.
Health & hygiene laws in Australia restrict the return of swimwear and jewellery. 
Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
Returning your Item -
In order to return your purchase,  please contact us at hello@stsoleil.com with the subject heading 'Returns Inquiry' for approval from us, before sending any item(s) back. Once approved, please include a note with your full name and order number inside your return parcel on a piece of paper and send via registered postal service.

Please Note: You will be required to pay for your own shipping costs if you decide to return your order. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as ST. SOLEIL takes no responsibility in tracking your return or it's safe arrival, this is the responsibility of the sender.
Any items that are approved for return must be returned unused, unaltered and unwashed with all original packaging and labelling in good condition otherwise we reserve the right to refuse them at our discretion.
Important: Any item(s) sent to our studio without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Faulty Items -
​We apologise if an item you have received is not in perfect condition. We're only human and on the extremely rare occasion that something slips through quality control please let us know about it immediately.
If this is the case, please email an image of the fault, along with your Proof of Purchase to hello@stsoleil.com with the subject heading 'Faulty Inquiry' for further review. We have a 2-week faulty claims period, in which case we can offer repair, replacement or refund options. 

Please note: this excludes general wear and tear of your item, please see our Product Care page for more information. Since we use natural materials and fibres, we do not consider marks and variations in leather, linen or other similar materials as a fault but are inherent to the natural beauty and uniqueness of the hide or natural fibres.
Cancellation by you -
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately by emailing at hello@stsoleil.com 
Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.
Cancellation by Us & Products -
Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities and are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate. Any 'dressing' or 'props' used within our catalogue and not listed in the product description will not be included with your purchase.

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer.
