Domestic, within Australia -
Australian domestic orders are sent Regular (3-7 business days) or Express (1-3 business days) via Australia Post. You will be contacted on dispatch of your order with a tracking number which you can check at

Please note: Australia Post orders will be redirected to your local Post Office if your address is unattended at the time of delivery.
International -
ST. SOLEIL ships worldwide. International standard shipping is sent via Australia Post.
International Parcels can take anywhere between 3 and 20 working days to arrive depending on the selected shipping service (standard/express) and location (country, and whether it is metro or rural).

United States of America : 7-15 days
Hong Kong, China: 5-15 days

Shipping Address: Please enter your shipping address correctly, as once your order has been received and dispatched, we can not alter address details and you will be charged the standard applicable postage rate to resend if it is returned to sender.

If a product is misplaced, it is the purchaser’s responsibility to liaise with the given Postal Service. Replacements or refunds will not be given for products missing or damaged in transit, unless the shipping provider agree's to do so.
