Where's my $300 order?

I placed my order on July 7, paid $50 for shipping and the website promised a 5-10 day shipping. I haven't received any updates on my order tracking since then. I emailed the customer service, they first told me to reach out to the logistics company myself. Then they only said my order will be delayed without any explanation. No response from customer service after I replied to the email. I spent $300 and I received nothing.

Such a high-quality, beautifully designed tarot deck for beginners all the way up to advanced readers. The artwork is simply gorgeous and is in line with traditional Rider Waite tarot decks. The guidebook is thorough but allows the querer to draw their own insights based on their interpretations of the cards and I love the key words provided to help me intuitively do a reading.

Gorgeous deck with unique imagery. The cardstock is of high quality and the printing is well done. The edging is also bespoke; it’s not completely matte or holographic or glittery, it’s more so semi matte but with subtle glitter which I have not ever seen before. All in all these are worth the steep $70 price tag. I use this deck professionally and many clients ooh and ahh over it. I’ve loved it so much I purchased a second for my own personal use. The shipping was incredibly fast and everything arrived on time and without damage.
