Absolutely Gorgeous & Worth Every Penny!
The Inner Focus journal is everything I could've asked for and more. The white cover with gold foiling is absolutely gorgeous and makes me feel even more special while using it. I've been on the hunt for a sort of manifestation, mindfullness journal that wasn't the One Page A Day or anything like that. I love this journal because the prompts are thoughtful and enlightening, but also give you room to freely reflect.

A beautiful and practical journal for everything in your life
I'm a failed journaller. The many well meaning books I've tried over the years to log and track my ideas and goals have been too vague, uninspiring and too rigid with printed dates on the pages, or themes that were too specific and limiting. Which resulted in many an abandoned (and expensive) notebook, diary, journal ending up in the recycling bin on New Year's Eve. The linen cover and gilded pages are so inviting to write in. The prompts allow complete flexibility to write your own dates, set goals/intentions short, mid or long term. The journal can be used to set personal intentions for your own self care, but also record practical to do lists, reminders, keep track of habits or even set finance goals. I especially love the spaces for gratitude, positive affirmations and kind self reflection. All in your own style, at your own pace, in your own time. As it should be.

Perfect and beautiful.
Last year I used the celestial journal by St Soleil and loved it, so this year the Ritual Journal is the perfect companion to my life. I run my own business so being able to balance my life and work through this mindful practice is such a help for me. It's my daily reminder to check in, set my intentions and make sure I look after myself as well as manage my day to day schedule. I highly recommend pairing it with a card deck for extra guidance in those moments you need some extra inspiration!

Just Gorgeous!
Just gorgeous, the linen and gold foil make it elegant and charming, but also cozy and personal. I only read tarot; however, I had wanted to start practicing mindfulness and meditation for a while and this has been such an amazing tool to do so. I used to find deciding what to focus on each week hard, but now I start by filling the ‘to-do’ list and the rest comes more easily. It’s been the perfect gift!
